AFC Asian Cup 2019 Qualifications: India beat Myanmar

India are off to a winning start in AFC Asian Cup 2019 Qualifications Round 3 as they beat hosts Myanmar 1-0 in first leg in Yangon.

Indian captain Sunil Chhetri once again proved his mettle as he scores in last minute (90′) to finish off the game. With this win India sit on top of Group A.

The Men in Blue will next play Kyrgyzstan on June 13 in second match of the group. Top 2 teams in each group make it to the AFC Asian Cup 2019. Other team in India’s group is Macau against whom India play on September 5. All the 4 teams will again play each other in second leg and aggregate scores will decide final standings of the group.
